There are almost always computers available on all levels.
Access to desktop computers and laptops in the Library works on a first come, first served basis.
If you leave your computer and belongings unattended for long periods of time, Library staff may remove them to allow other students access to computing facilities.
There are Macs available for use in the:
- iZone, Level 2
- Postgraduate and VC room, Level 5.
- Silent computer room 6.104, Level 6
The Robertson Library has laptops available for use within the Library. These can be borrowed from the Help point on level 2 during normal business hours. For more information please see the Laptops for loan.
Graphics workstations and tablets
High-powered graphics workstations and Wacom drawing tablets are provided in the iZone on level two of Robertson Library. These are dedicated for use with graphic-intensive applications such as the Adobe and Autodesk suite. You can borrow a drawing pen from the Help point on level two.
The Library provides LCD screens to facilitate group work. These are available in some of the bookable group study rooms on level five and four, and in the iZone and study pods on level two.
Curtin students and staff can use any of the computers in the Library. To log on, use your student or staff ID and password.
Students and staff from partner universities can access the internet on their own devices using Curtin Wireless and eduroam.
Students and staff from other WA universities can use the Library computers to access their University library website. Select the option Curtin Visitor from the login page.
