Considerate use of the Library

You must follow Curtin guidelines on appropriate use of ICT facilities.

Anyone using Library computers for gaming or other social activities during busy periods of high computer use will be asked to move to allow other students computer access.

Do not leave your computer unattended for long periods of time. Staff may shut down the computer and collect your belongings so other students can use the computers.

Non-compliance

Library staff will intervene if they observe inappropriate food, drink, noise or behaviour.

Library users are encouraged to contact Library staff if they are concerned by any inappropriate behaviour, food or noise.

Staff can be contacted in person or by using the help phones by the lifts.

Library users can be fined, notified by official reprimand or removed from the building for non-compliance to a Library staff member request.
