What if I'm studying at Albany, Esperance, Geraldton, Karratha, Margaret River, Midland or Port Hedland?

If you are studying with the Centre for Regional Education or at the Margaret River Centre for Wine Excellence and an item on your reading list cannot be placed in the Library's E-Reserve Collection, then a copy of this item is usually placed in our partner libraries at the location where this unit is taught.

Our partner libraries are:

Albany Albany Public Library
Esperance Esperance Community College
Geraldton Geraldton TAFE
Karratha Pilbara TAFE, Karratha Campus
Margaret River Margaret River Public Library
Midland Swan TAFE, Lloyd Street Campus
Port Hedland Pilbara TAFE, Port Hedland Campus

You must abide by your partner library's loan rules and conditions of use.

Curtin Regional Campus Libraries are located at Northam (Muresk) and Kalgoorlie. Students at Muresk and Kalgoorlie can access copies of items on their reading lists in the Reserve Collections in the campus libraries.

Please note: If only a small number of students are enrolled in a unit at your centre, then the books on your reading lists may not be held in our partner library. You can request that any of the books you need be sent to you through the Library's Off Campus Library Services.

What if I am enrolled through Open Universities Australia?

If you are enrolled through Open Universities Australia, you should be able to access your course reading material via the library's E-Reserve. Before submitting requests for material, please check E-Reserve. Your Curtin ID and OASIS password are required to access E-Reserve.

Open Universities Australia students who live overseas are not eligible to request loans of items.

Open Universities Australia students residing within Australia are not eligible to loan items from other University libraries via the reciprocal borrower scheme.

Open Universities Australia students are not eligible to request loans or copies if the item is not held in the Curtin collection, i.e., we are not able to obtain items from another university library for these students.
