Off Campus Library Services

The Library provides Off Campus Services to Curtin students who aren't able to access in person a Curtin University Library (in Perth, Kalgoorlie or Northam).

Students enrolled with Curtin Sydney, Sarawak, or Singapore, or one of the University’s other offshore partners, should use the Library services provided by these partners and the electronic services provided by Curtin University Library.

If, for some reason, you have difficulty accessing one of the Curtin University Libraries in person, for example because of a disability, you may be eligible for Off Campus Library services. Please contact us if you think you are eligible for these services.

What can Off Campus Services do for me?

The Library provides all Curtin students with a wide range of electronic resources and services. As an off campus student, we can also provide you with access to Library resources that are not available electronically:

Important notes:
You must activate your OASIS account before you can access Library services. You need to use your student ID and OASIS password to log in to Library functions such as E-Reserve, the Library Catalogue and Library databases.

Students living within the Perth metropolitan area are required to come into the Library to borrow items, or to photocopy material that is not available electronically.

Students living within the Perth metropolitan area also require a student card before they are able to borrow items. Information regarding obtaining a student card is available from the Student Services website.
