Do I have access to Document Delivery?

All Curtin University staff and postgraduate students are entitled to use Document Delivery. Fourth year honours students are eligible to use e-DocDel by applying to the Document Delivery Services Supervisor. Undergraduate students are not eligible to use e-DocDel.

Alumni and Community Borrowers can use the Document Delivery service however the charge is the full cost of the item plus an $11.00 service charge. Please use this online form:

Is there a charge for Document Delivery?

There is no cost for Curtin University staff and postgraduate students. If you are an Alumni or Community Borrower the charge is the full cost of the item plus an $11.00 service charge.

If you are an Alumni or Community Borrower you will need to pay for your requests before they can be supplied to you. Payments can be in cash, cheque or by EFTPOS and can be made in person or over the phone. In most cases you will need to come to the Library to collect your requests. Contact the Enquiries Desk on 9266 7166.
