Specialised staff can show you how to find books, journal articles and other information you need for your studies.

IT Help

Working closely with Library Student Assistants, IT staff on level 2 can assist you with a range of IT queries regarding OASIS, internet access, software, Blackboard and more.

On the floors

Library Student Assistants (LSAs) can help with basic IT queries, using the Library website, searching the catalogue and finding items on the shelf. During semester, LSAs are available 24/7 in Robertson Library. You can recognise them by their blue ‘Ask Me’ t-shirts. Dial 7166 from a Library HELP phone and a LSA will come to you.
