Paying Fines

Money

The preferred method of paying your fines is by credit card online using the Online Payment form. The library accepts Visa or Mastercard. Other methods of paying:

  • By EFTPOS (cheque or savings account) at Robertson Library enquiries desk (level 2). There is a $5.00 minimum payment for EFTPOS transactions
  • By using your POLAR card at the Robertson Library or any branch library. You can credit your POLAR account using cash or EFTPOS. Please note no cash is accepted over the counter
  • If you don't have access to a computer you can pay by telephone on (08) 9266 7166 using your credit card.

A friend/family member can pay library fines on your behalf. The payee must state your name and ID number. (Please note: The library is unable to divulge any details relating to the fines).
