How many items may I borrow and for how long?

If you need to borrow an item for longer, you may be able to renew it.

All items are subject to request if required by someone else.

Some items have special conditions: e.g Reserve items, 3 day loans, Closed Collection items and theses.

Items from some collections cannot be borrowed: reference items, government publications, JCPML items, most journals.

Only Curtin students and staff can borrow from the Curtin Graduate School of Business Library or the Teaching Resources Collection.

General information about TRC

Students may borrow a total of 20 items from the TRC. This is in addition to items that may be borrowed from the rest of the Robertson Library.TRC loans are either a 3 day or 3 week loan. Please check the date your items are due back.

Loading bay for Education students going on practicum only:

Once items have been loaned, borrowers can park their car in an allocated loading bay at the back of the library for 30 minutes. A trolley is available for moving items from the library to your car.

Only students and staff from Curtin and other WA universities can borrow Reserve items.
