Introduction

I joined the Research and Learning Services Unit of Curtin University Library in August 2005 on secondment from the UWA Medical and Dental Library and was appointed to the position of Faculty Librarian in 2007. In my role as the Faculty Librarian, Health Sciences, I provide support and information to the to the staff and research students of the seven Schools of the Faculty.

Background and special interests

I qualified as a Librarian in 1975 and have worked in many different libraries including the State Library of Tasmania, the State Reference and State Film Libraries (NSW), Worksafe Australia (Canberra), City of Cockburn Libraries and the UWA Medical and Dental Library.

I am also a qualified teacher of Transcendental Meditation.
