Graduate positions

From time to time, Robertson Library offers positions to new library graduates for the purpose of:

• attracting promising individuals with limited or no library experience
• attracting graduates to a career at Curtin Library
• supporting the library profession by providing developmental and mentoring opportunities.

There are normally only one or two positions offered for a limited period, i.e. 12 months, with no commitment to further employment.

Graduate librarians work to a modified duty statement, with an emphasis on professional support and development.

Vacant positions are generally advertised through the Western Australian Information Network (WAIN)
